We utilize the most advanced technology to clean and restore your tile, grout, stone and cement floors back to its natural beauty.
Before and After Patio Cleaning
Step One: First we use a simple non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning solution to agitate the dirt that’s ingrained into the floor (that’s why mopping never removes it, allowing it to build up over time). Step Two: We then use our patented floor tool that applies heated water at just the right pre-selected cleaning pressure in the Containing Dome-pre-selected at a level that precludes any damage. At the time the water is being applied, it’s also vacuum-extracted at 5 gallons per minute, leaving the surface almost completely dry. Why waste more time and effort “trying” to clean your hard surfaces the old fashion way? Hi-Tech Restoration offers fast, effective, and affordable solutions that work on any surface: natural stone; travertine; brick; concrete; stucco. We can do it all-vertical or horizontal.
Everyone is familiar with vaporous steam. When water is under normal pressure it changes from a liquid into a vapor at 212º F (100 C). This vapor is excellent for sanitizing but is has very little cleaning power because it is under low pressure and has a very low water volume. In a boiler the water is heated to 212º. A vapor comes off and is transmitted through pipes under its own pressure. What comes out of the pipes is a vapor cloud that is normal 90%+”dry”. Hi-Tech Steam Restoration takes in regular cold water. This water first goes through a pump and is put under pressure (from 1000 psi) This is pressurized water then goes into our heat ex-changer coils. The heat source (propane or natural gas) heats the exterior of these coils. This heat is transferred through the coil walls to the pressurized water inside. The water temperature is raised beyond 212º. It can be heated to as high as 330º. This water remains in a liquid state inside the coils because the water does not change from a liquid state into a vapor state until it is above 500º F. What comes out the end of the steam gun is not a vaporous cloud. Instead, you have a mixture of super heated water under pressure and vapor that gives you a cutting edge to clean large areas quickly. It is the temperature that breaks down the embedded gum thermally instead of chemically. The most common operating temperature for Hi-Tech Steam Restoration is about 250º F. At this temp the gum is destroyed and washed away. The same steam that is produced by Hi-Tech Steams Restoration will also remove mold, mildew, grease, oil and most graffiti stains.
